ABOUT GELO AGUAS

     Michaelangelo Rei Aguas is a Registered Licensed Architect residing in the Philippines and a graduate of B.S Architecture at Far Eastern University in 2015. He was a formerly employed and practiced under DSFN Architects, an Architectural firm based in Makati as a Design Architect for more than three years. He learned a lot about planning and designing in this firm and was heavily influenced by its Principal Architect Dewey Santos. He specializes and was responsible for overall design visualization / presentations for the company as well as its development. This included studying possibilities and conflicts on drawings prepared by other Co-Architects which affects the outcome of each design. He is now  a private practitioner, handling his own personal projects and always looking forward for continuous growth in the future.

     He is highly interested in all forms of visual arts, especially when they contain unusual stories. He believes that real art contains authentic emotions expressed by its artist regardless how pleasing or not it may seem to the audience.

    He is curious in almost everything that has to do with the discipline of design even outside the field of Architecture. He considers himself as a hobbyist, and takes great pleasure in 3D visualization and digital painting. He leans more on unorthodox way of executing his works because his skills are mostly self-taught and takes high pride in it.
